Dream Dens are a single-room version of our Modern homes, available in 12’ x 16’ or larger. The walls are composite structural insulated panels with high R-values, and each unit comes with a very efficient floor mount mini-split system for heating and cooling, Marvin Elevate windows and door, Cali Bamboo vinyl plank flooring and a variety of exterior siding options. Dream Dens are versatile and make a great home office, studio, fitness room, or classroom! These models are electric-only with no plumbing, but a bathroom or kitchenette may be added if local regulations allow, additional costs apply.
